Anchorage is a caring community that cultivates consistent, stable and supportive relationships through formal and informal mentoring.

MISSION:

The Anchorage Mentoring Alliance is a coalition of individuals and organizations that share resources and best practices to improve and increase mentoring.

VALUES:

WE WORK TOGETHER-We create a non-competitive, caring environment for resource and idea sharing that adds value to all participants. WE ARE DEDICATED TO MEASURABLE RESULTS-We are committed to specific, measurable outcomes that benefit our organizations and participants in our programs. WE VALUE DIVERSITY, ACCEPTANCE AND UNDERSTANDING-We encourage acceptance and respect of differences in opinions, ideas and backgrounds.
